Fine knives should always be washed and dried by hand, NEVER IN THE DISHWASHER.

STORING YOUR KNIVES
Store your knives in a knife block or on a magnetic bar. If you store your knives in a drawer, use a knife guard. Storing unprotected knives in a drawer is dangerous and leads to damage to your knives.
